Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. Exercise also makes us happier. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.
