Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. So, if we want to stay healthy, we must ensure that we get enough sleep.
